We appreciate your investment in Smoking Pirate.  We ONLY sell products to those who are 21 years of age or older and all profits go into the fight to eradicate human trafficking.

Our terms and conditions agreement:

• All orders are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for information that manufacturers give to us and that we post on our website.  We do the best we can to keep all information up to date.
• No one can use the Smoking Pirate name or logo as well as Bikers Against Trafficking without first receiving written permission.
• We accept all of our patrons to guard their behavior.  No hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Monthly memberships require two weeks written cancellation notice before your charge date.
• Warning notice: Our premium cigar products contain nicotine.  Nicotine is an addictive chemical.  Also be aware, Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale.
